Alcohol Charges Dismissed

-
Criminal

A client, aged 21, was charged with illegally providing alcohol to a minor passenger, aged 19, in the car in which they were pre-partying at a local concert venue. Through the use of witness affidavits and other evidence obtained during the pre-trial investigation, Talmage was able to show a poor police investigation that could not support the burden of proof at trial. The case was dismissed on the basis of actual innocence.
